Shipping Information

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world, your postage charge will be calculated automatically at checkout regardless of where you are based.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

We calculate all our shipping prices based on weight, following the royal mail guidelines. This shipping cost will be quoted to you when you arrive at the checkout stage. We aim to price all our shipping costs fairly for all costumers.

How soon will my item arrive?

All items are dispatched within 28-48 hours of the order being placed. If you are a UK costumer your item will be delivered by first class post and should be with you within 1-2 days of dispatch. If you live overseas: European costumers should receive their parcels between 3-5 days of dispatch. Worldwide costumers should receive their parcels between 7-10 days of dispatch. If you have any specific requirements concerning delivery please do not hesitate to ask.

How can I pay for my item?

You can pay by credit/ debit card, PayPal, cheque, and postal order. You can read more about how PayPal works here: www.paypal.com. You can also pay securely by any major credit or debit card through PayPal.

If I am not happy with the product, can I get a refund?

If you are not happy with the product, you can contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement item. We will need to know what the complaint is and have the item returned to us.
