Description
These Magnetic Draughts Travel Sets are a great way to involve the whole family on a long car, train or plane journey (or to keep the kids quiet!). The set folds away neatly in half with the inside cavity holding all the pieces needed to play. Draughts is a great game and is a useful tool in improving problem solving skills.
The Rules
2 players required: Each player starts with a set of coloured markers (in this case red vs black). Each marker can move one space diagonally. If an opponents marker is next to yours and there is a space behind it you can jump the marker and collect your opponents piece! When the situation allows, you can make multiple jumps collecting numerous markers on just one turn. The winner of the game is declared when one of the players has lost all their markers.
