Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world, your postage charge will be calculated based on the country you select at checkout.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

We calculate all our shipping prices based on weight, following the royal mail or APC (for next day delivery orders) guidelines. This shipping cost will be quoted to you when you arrive at the checkout stage. We aim to price all our shipping costs fairly for all customers.


Can I collect my order if I live locally?

We offer free collection on all our products (located near Blackpool in the North West of England), including blow up toys, fancy dress accessories, gifts and novelties. If you live locally and would like to collect simply add the items you would like to the cart, select and copy your cart into an email and send to info@superfunstufforders.co.uk. Please put your name and the word "collection" as the subject. You can then pay with card or cash when picking up your items. We are open 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and your order will be ready for collection within 2 working hours. Alternatively you can give us a call on 0800 040 7872 to place your order for collection over the phone. Our address is:

Creating an Account and Repeat Customers

How can I create an account and what are the benefits?

You will have an option to create an account at checkout. After entering your email address at the first stage you will be asked if you would like to register at the end of the checkout process. Creating an account allows your delivery details to be saved for quick ordering next time.

I have an account already, how can I login?

To log in, just enter your email address and password in the box, after clicking "Login" at the top-right of the website.


How can I pay for my item?

You can pay by all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and direct bank transfer (contact for details). You can read more about how PayPal works here: www.paypal.com/helpscr.


If I am not happy with the product, can I get a refund?

If you are not happy with the product, you can contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement item. We will need to know what the complaint is and have the item returned to us. 


I can't find the product I used to buy from you, do you still stock it?

If you've already browsed and searched for a product you thought we had, but still cannot find it, then please email us to check if we have more stock coming in, or a similar product on offer.

How do I use the cart?

Simply click "add to cart" on the product page, then you can increase the quantity by clicking the + symbol on the cart page. You can see your delivery estimate by entering your postcode on the cart page and clicking "Choose Delivery Method".

After you are happy with the items and quantities in your cart, click "Checkout Securely" on the cart page and follow our simple 5-Step checkout process where you can select your delivery and payment methods.
