All items are dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed (same day if ordered before 3PM).
After clicking "Checkout Securely" you can select the following at the delivery details stage:
- First Class (1-2 working days) £1.50 - £3.45*
- Second Class (2-3 working days) £0.95 - £2.75*
- Next Day Delivery (on orders placed before 3PM Monday-Friday - No Weekend Delivery on this Option) £5.49 - £7.49* (Excludes certain locations such as Scottish Highlands - see excluded locations below)
OR, if you live overseas:
- European Priority (3-5 working days) £1.95 - £9.95*
- Worldwide Priority (7-10 working days) £1.95 - £9.95*

Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the world, your postage charge will be calculated based on the country you select at checkout.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
We calculate all our shipping prices based on weight, following the royal mail or APC (for next day delivery orders) guidelines. This shipping cost will be quoted to you when you arrive at the checkout stage. We aim to price all our shipping costs fairly for all customers.
Can I collect my order if I live locally?
We offer free collection on all our products (located near Blackpool in the North West of England), including blow up toys, fancy dress accessories, gifts and novelties. If you live locally and would like to collect simply add the items you would like to the cart, select and copy your cart into an email and send to email@example.com. Please put your name and the word "collection" as the subject. You can then pay with card or cash when picking up your items. We are open 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and your order will be ready for collection within 2 working hours. Creating an Account and Repeat CustomersHow can I create an account and what are the benefits?
You will have an option to create an account at checkout. After entering your email address at the first stage you will be asked if you would like to register at the end of the checkout process. Creating an account allows your delivery details to be saved for quick ordering next time AND you receive 25% discount off everything on all repeat orders when logged in.
I have an account already, how can I login?
As a repeat customer you will be entitled to 25% off everything you order when logged in, this will be calculated automatically at the cart stage. To log in, just enter your email address and password in the box in the bottom right or enter your email address at the first stage of checkout and click "already have an account?" to login.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we are unique in the way we sell in that you are rewarded for the more you purchase. Discounts will automatically be added to your cart depending on the total amount of the items. See the bulk buy discounts in the table below:
I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
If you have a promotional code you can enter it at the cart by clicking "I have a gift voucher or promo code".
How can I pay for my item?

If I am not happy with the product, can I get a refund?
If you are not happy with the product, you can contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement item. We will need to know what the complaint is and have the item returned to us.

All our product prices include VAT so you know exactly what you will be paying before entering checkout. VAT number: 135 7567 90.
I can't find the prouct I used to buy from you, do you still stock it?
If you've already browsed and searched for a product you thought we had, but still cannot find it, then check on our Discontinued Products pages to see if the particular item is no longer available. Substitute products will be listed under the related products section, alternatively, if you still can't find the item you're looking for, please feel free to get in touch.
